Stillness meditation

This weeks five minute meditation is for exploring and allowing stillness in your mind and body. It will help you to allow 'what is' without judgement, while entering into a state of relaxation without even trying. Repeated daily it has a cumulative affect on your entire wellbeing.


 Releasing judgement mediation 

Releasing judgement can either be about others or about ourselves. It is so easy to form opinions and stories, but this can create suffering. We can ease this suffering by letting go and telling ourselves 'I am enough.
