Forgiveness meditation

Sometimes we beat ourselves up for not meeting an unrealistic or perfectionist standard, maybe we got angry with a loved one or got something wrong at work. Even though it might seem that there is nothing to forgive ourselves for, self-forgiveness is necessary for us to move on and learn from our mistakes.
